Novum Analytica Research Series
Author & Submission Guidelines

1. Mission & Scope
The Novum Analytica Research Series publishes forward-looking research at the intersection of economics, technology, strategy, and institutional transformation. We welcome interdisciplinary contributions that:
- Advance understanding of cyber physical systems, social and strategic impact of technology, digital, monetary or institutional sovereignty
- Introduce novel models, frameworks, or simulations (e.g., agent-based models, DSGE, crypto-financial analysis)
- Provide actionable insights for policymakers, central banks, regulators, or industry leaders
- Explore ethical and governance implications of AI, automation, defense systems or financial infrastructure
- Connect empirical analysis with conceptual foresight
2. Eligible Manuscripts
We accept:
- Working Papers
Substantial research in progress, theoretical or empirical - Technical Notes & Policy Briefs
Shorter, focused analyses on specific topics or current developments - Data & Model Papers
Code, datasets or formal models accompanied by a research narrative
We encourage submissions from scholars, practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams. Each submission must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere (except as preprint).
3. Format Requirements
A. General
- Language: English (German, Russian or any other language only by editorial agreement)
- Format: PDF preferred for review; source files (LaTeX, DOCX) upon acceptance
- Length: No strict limit, but suggest 30–50 pages for Working Papers
- License: All published papers are released under CC BY 4.0
- Metadata: A valid title, author names with affiliations, abstract, and 5–7 keywords
B. Structure
Recommended sections:
- Title Page (title, author(s), affiliation, contact)
- Abstract (max. 250 words)
- Main body with numbered sections
- Conclusion / Outlook
- References (APA or Chicago style)
- Appendices (if needed)
- Optional: Code/Data availability statement
C. Citation Style
- Consistent formatting required (APA, Chicago, or other academic styles accepted)
- Use endnotes only for short clarifications or legal commentary – not for literature
4. Submission Process
Send your manuscript and a short cover letter to:

We aim to provide initial feedback within 2–4 weeks. Accepted papers will be formatted and published online as part of the Research Series, with:
- DOI via Zenodo
- ISBN assigned by Novum Analytica
- Free, perpetual Open Access via PDF and HTML formats
- Indexed in Zenodo, [RePEc] (planned), and other repositories
5. Review & Editorial Process
- Submissions are reviewed internally by the Editorial Board or external advisors.
- The focus is on originality, clarity, relevance, and conceptual rigor.
- We blindly peer-review all working papers as strongly as any other submissions
- Authors may revise and update papers post-publication. Versioning is supported.
6. Copyright & Licensing
- Authors retain full copyright.
- Papers are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
- Authors may republish the work elsewhere (e.g., journals, books), provided Novum Analytica is credited as the original working paper publisher.
7. Indexing & Visibility
- All publications receive a DOI, ISBN, and are submitted to open research indexes.
- Optional dissemination via SSRN, OSF, or RePEc is supported upon request.
- Authors are encouraged to register their ORCID iD and include it upon submission.
8. Additional Notes
- We support multi-format publication (PDF, HTML, EPUB).
- Code, datasets, and visualizations may be hosted on Zenodo or linked via GitHub / GitLab.
- Interactive elements in HTML are welcome, pending technical feasibility.
